I’m very excited to present the cover for Fast Love. Julia, Bobbi, & Moonshine went through various poses, looks, and color schemes.
Did I drive baffle my artist with my constant changes? Possibly. Did I mean to drive him to the brink? Absolutely not. Since this is my debut novel, I was learning about colors, romcom book trends, and fonts, etc., as I was communicating with him. I think this was definitely a test of his patience and mine.
The good thing is that I had a great support system. My writer pals gave me wonderful feedback, which helped steer the design in the right direction. Granted, I broke a few rules, but that’s kind of typical of me. I hope y’all love the cover as much as I do.
And thank you, Steve, for taking a chance on a new writer. Your talent amazes me. I have spent hours staring in awe at this cover, and it’s all because of your brilliance.
Absolutely love the cover! I’m sorry you put your artist through the ringer, but the finished product is a thing of beauty! I hope you already locked him in for book 2 before he knew what he was getting into!
